Luffy has already fought Goku, Goku barely even tried and was fighting two against one. They all lost because they destroyed the ring they were fighting in and got a ring out.Β

Actually with Luffy's power and early Goku's strength it would definitely be an equaled fight. The only thing I never liked about DBZ (despite it being one of my favorites) was the insane powerups they randomly obtained and kicked everyone's ass, lol.

And yeah, Goku touches Luffy, uses instant transmission to move into an ocean and thus Luffy dies. Or then Goku could just Kamehameha luffy into nothingness. There is no contest.
