Yeah,terrestrial lemurs and monkeys would be a strange thing to choose as the main predators of that timeline.Like tenrecs and shrews could grow big in the absence of the absent carnivorans.

Carnivorans ,at least from what i remember,diverged from miacids as early as the late Paleocene.So small things such as early feliforms would still pop up there and there even if they would not be abundant in the presence of some carnivores of your timeline.
