Tia Halibel (or Harrible.. don't know which one it is) got invited to a pool party at Matsumoto's house. So you'd figure everyone there from bleach in bathing suits. Matsumoto has a very strict rule when it comes to her house though. She had just extra cleaned her indoor floors and so she will not allow anyone to go inside the house with shoes on... they drag dirt in. Tia Halibel got caught and so her sandals come off here, revealing her sexy sole.. and Tia is like saying "Whatever b***c"Yea, I know no ticking and no licking in this one!! haha!
