Sometimes the ones you can pose are well-made. For example, Figma. Those are only for anime characters, though, sadly.
But yeah, a well-made set-posed dynamic-looking figure would be amazing.

I've seen figmas of video game characters, I reckon Overwatch could have figmas, it's art style is pretty anime like.
