I have no idea what cellophane paint is. Even googled it and couldn't figure out what you meant. It was just a painted hood with flames. The palm trees reflected in it.

We used Cellophane paint work in Tucson all the time..maybe they gave it a diff name ..regardless..they are super flames and the craftspersonship shows
