This is fantastic! I really like the style and how you've managed to fill up the frame and all. The composition is fantastic, although it does get a bit too.. busy? on the left side. Perhaps you could separate it a bit more as well.
Awesome expressions. You've got some great potential there. The shading fits well with the line work/style, too.

I do like the artwork and the kid is adorable.
The panels on the right side make it easy to follow,but the arrows on the left look a bit heavy and out of place. Perhaps keeping the comic with the panels throughout might keep it consistent and a bit easier to follow?
And I'm sorry,but that woman should have known better. Keeping a sweet that close to a toddler is just asking for trouble.
