Tonight is a very special night. A night of new meetings, a night of new beginnings. There I was, standing just behind the girl whom I've been secretly in-love with. Both of us looking up at the deep blue sky, waiting for a spectacle that happens once a year. As the time ticks closer to midnight, my heart beats ever more faster. These time, I'll tell her ow I feel. And the clock strikes 12! On that irredeemable, something magical happened, as if time was suspended. My eyes were all wide open. She slowly looks to me with a smile. I can't seem to muster my voice, but I have to, for the next chance might not come. With all the emotions I've bottled up, I said to her that I love her. But it seems that it isn't my night. Flowers bloomed from the blue veiled skies, with it are loud thunderous noise. Those flowers of light are as pretty as they are unfair, for they stole my golden opportunity away. She didn't hear my precious words. The flowers keep on blooming, unstoppable and demanding everyone's attention. But not her attention. She's looking back at me all the while. Her smile has yet to diminish. She reached her hand to me and said "Thanks for taking care of me. I wish we could stay together for more years to come." That instant I saw the most beautiful flower that night. These year I will tell her how I feel for sure.
