HERE IT IS. My answer to the questions of "What about simple inflation for 5e?" The Guide to growth. As of writing this description, the homebrew is not yet fully complete, but will soon have multiple updates for all types of content. Hopefully with very few if any delays.

-Changed how Armor and Clothing Durability functions.

-Forfeit and mid forfeit threshold shrunk.
-Mid threshold penalties removed/altered.
-Added first feat to allow caster classes much more elasticity in their lives.
-Change in language across the board to make it easier to understand.

-Changed "Encumbrance" to "Bulk" to minimize confusion
-Added Variant Rules "Structural Integrity" and "Elemental Replacements"
-Added New race: Observers
-Renamed "Ancestor of Taizo" to "Descendant of Taizo"
-New Supernatural Gift: Magnetic Mass
-Added class variants for 3 subclasses: Alchemist, Berserker, and Echo Knight
-1 New Spell: Produce Bubble
-2 new magical items : Orc Gold, and mana rootstock Seeds

alpha3: Added Red Orcs, Monk Subclass, and 3 new "gastromancy" spells
alpha 2: Added races, Artificer subclass, 2 supernatural origins, a handful of spells, and magic items, clarified some rules.
