Not a bad shot.
The trees in the background look slightly too blurred for my taste, and the background itself is somewhat out of balance (there's a distinguishable vertical "lin" in the middle of the shot, I think it would look better if it were around 1/3 from the bottom).
Nice pick with the model, but someone with lighter hair would have made a bigger contrast on the dark background.
