A beautiful underwear shot regardless of the designer. 
With most of your work, my favorite element of this is the clear focus and the simple composition which just draw me right into this gorgeous work.

I think Pierre is trying to be like Calvin. It just no worky. Ever since the PC name was cheapened with those stupid wannabe-nice gift items that they flood stores with at Christmas time, it seems to have lost its appeal. "Oh, look! A Pierre Cardin pen. I could get this for _______." Yeah, and that fine pen sells for $9.99 and was made in China. Real fine.

So was this boy naturally hairless, or is he a shaver? Combined with his shape, I would personally find him more appealing with less hair up top and more all around. hahaha How often do you hear someone say that?
