Description
a mixed media collage. this has been scanned in six parts as it is roughly one metre in length.given to a friend as a birthday present. yeah, i'm broke.

Oh this is gorgeous. Very vintage and chaotic. I like the old 50's pictures and the personal messages. It's so very personality infused. your friend must have thrown a happy dance when she/he got this

i guess at the time when i wrote the description/comments, i was still unsure of the piece and also the quality of my own work. i was about 16 at the time and apprehensive to share my work with the big bad world. i did not want to come across as full of myself.
i'm not sure how to explain it. but, it doesn't matter either way.

love it...so much going on, i could look at it for days. from looking at it, I would guess you made this from old bits of paper from, say the attic or somewhere. it reminds me of things that you find when you are clearing out your house and they have been hidden for years and you find really old newspapers and photographs and things. lots of memories
