Ok, so a friend of mine who is a little bit obsessed with the Harry Potter series, (the books, not so much the films), asked me in our drunken state the other night to draw him a picture of Trelawney since he will, soon, be leaving these shores for his homeland. I, naturally, agreed immediately because I *love* her.

And because my friend isn't so much of a fan of the films, he didn't want Trelawney to look like Emma Thompson, (even though we both agreed she did an amazing job playing her) but more of a vision that I had in my head before I saw her on screen.

This is difficult, because, now whenever I read the books I can only picture Daniel Radcliffe et al playing the chartacters. Sad, but true. And that made me try and come up with a truly unique vision from merely reading the descriptions JK had put in her wonderful books.

Enough rambling. Here she is in all her kooky, beaded, shawled glory. Love her, hate her... Let me know either way. Comment please, I love to read your thoughts.
