Made a base off a pic of Meadow in like, 10 seconds. I guess you can use this for refs or adopts ^^

*BASE RULES*
1: ASK me if you can use from now on, and you must tell me what you will be using the base for. (This is because of a certain person)
2: You can use for collabs
3: You can use for point adopts (not real cash) and you can use for requests or gifts.
4: You can't use for comissions (Points or real money)
5: You can Frankendoll as long as it's okay with the other base artist
6: You can upload your work onto other sites (Just show and credit me pls)
7: Don't steal, reupload or claim the base as yours
8: Please credit me, no matter what. You can credit me with :icon*KateTheRaccoon: (Without the *) or @*KateTheRaccoon (Also without the *)
