A dark navy blue Merman resides in the recesses in the equally dark blue void of the ocean. Too dark to see without the bioluminescence in his body, allowing his tail to glow against the backdrop. Eerily starring into you with his glowing blue eyes and a surprisely warm but harmless smile.

Let's Call him Douglas, he belongs to DaRetroGuy .
