For those who have been following my art for awhile will maybe recognize these two?

I keep meaning to put out more about their story but alas...I keep getting distracted.

Serus is a demon who feeds on the negative emotions of others in order to gain power.

Idrian is an Angel Blessed which saved his life as a child. This in turn has given him some abilities of the Angels who normally don't really meddle with human affairs unless they've been thoroughly moved to do so.

The fate of these two meeting as children was a sly and devilish amusement for Serus, however, she hadn't planned for this boy to actually like her. So, like any demon with no real capacity to love, she cursed him to seek her out for eternity but never find her.

Idrian started as a pure soul but the more time he spent with Serus the more she crept into his heart and began to poison him from within. After he recieved his curse from the one he thought he loved, he soon realized all that was left was hatred. He didn't know it at the time, but he vowed he would find her and destroy her. So, he travels the world, always a step behind her. Oddly enough, he keeps losing time, blacking out at random intervals to wake up covered in blood. Stories circulate of an evil entity that likes to massacre entire villages for fun.
