Description I decided to zap my Darigan Grarrl. Darigan is a cool color and all, but I didn't like it in Grarrl, personally. He went through a few changes..and eventually turned into a Green Hissi. Hissi's are pretty cool, kinda new, limited edition pets. Kio decided to do one better and turn Rainbow though, haha.

So now I've got a Christmas Cybunny, Rainbow Hissi, Starry Shoyru..and a Yellow Poogle that will hopefully change to a nice color (hoping for MSPP but haha, right, not in a million years) I decided to draw Kio since I needed an excuse to draw a Hissi. I just noticed that alot of non-Neopets people have no idea what I'm talking about.

i like customization, but i don't understand why they had to change everything.
Like, they have maras and babies and mutants that have strange body types and can't wear clothes, and everyone is fine with those. Why not leave the other pets as is if that's what the owners want. offer a choice of UC or converted, so the owner can do whichever, not make all the pets mandatorily uglier...

They changed everything because human beings are weird. Their logic is this:

"Oh, a digital item for "only" 50 cents? That's nothing!"

Then they end up spending tens, twenties..even thousands (yes, there is someone on Neo that spent over 7,000 USD on Neocash)

It's sick.

I used to have a UC but Neo froze my account and won't respond.

sorry they froze you, that sucks.
The whole NC thing is strange too. I don't agree with the principle of spending money on digital things. Hence the reason I have no wow account and never played that sort of thing. But I do have to admit to having paid for an NC card or two.

7K though is RIDICULOUS.

Yeah I wouldn't pay every month for a game. That's just stupid. An NC card or even 40 dollars of NC is not that bad over the long run. Again it's just the psychotic diehards who buy those "capsules" and try to get the "rare item".

They don't realize how much they spend. I've seen posts where someone goes "tell me how much you've spent in NC", people look at their total, and get depressed that it's over 2,000 dollars.

It's honestly amazing. Think of what 2 grand could have bought, instead of stupid digital bows for your pet. (a really nice TV for one, lol)

thos people don't realize that you could just trade a few GB caps for that one rare item and save a crapload of money. they're nuts. I could never spend that much. Well, that and I dont' really have that much to spend anyhow...

I guess being poor has it's perks. can't buy dumb shit if you're dirt broke

Kio came out really well, I am a mother of Two Hissi's both not painted only beccause I can't decied on a color. but anyway ...Just wanted to say great Picture...

Very nice. I wish I had a Hissi, but I wouldn't want to get rid of the four pets I have now. I have a Rainbow Gelert, a Blue Meerca ( that used to be a blue gelert, but had a slight mishap with a Magical Meerca Plushie some time ago ), a Christmas Elephante and a Baby Grundo. I can't find a brush that I really like to repaint my Meerca.

Thanks. Meerca's don't have alot of coloring options unfortunately.. They're one of the 'not so popular' pets. o.o I'd get a Mutant Meerca but I like the weird ones.

Awwww..poor boring blue pets. Everyone's pet starts out as a boring color though of course, unless it's a Grundo. White Grundo's are cool.

Anyway... I'd like to have a Hissi myself. I have a Blue Shoyru, Halloween Blumaroo, Blue Eyrie (which I'm saving for a Darigan P/B for ), and a Green Lupe (my lab rat )... *really needs to play Neopets more... has been on it a year and doesn't have much to show for it *

Halloween Blumaroo, that's awesome. Yeah..Darigan Eyrie's are great..Darigan Aisha's are pretty cool too. Haha, gotta love the Lab Rats. I've been on Neo for 4 years now? and I barely have anything either. >.> I play in spurts though, usually only when there's a war going on or whatever.
