Description
This started as a doodle in Opencanvas...and like usual ended up taking far too long. Oh well.When I play Mario Power Tennis, I usually play Doubles with Power Shots turned off. Power Shots are way too cheap.
When I'm playing, my sibling takes the net and I'm the player in the back. I fucking hate it when I'm so caught up in watching what's happening at the net, that I don't see the damned ball flying past/over me until it's too late. 
Same thing is happening to ol Waluigi here, paying too much attention to something else and not the ball..next thing you know it's over his head. Waluigi might be able to still get it though..if he's lucky.
Materials: Optical mouse, Opencanvas 3.2, far too much time

i think that's also why i'm more of a net player anyway, although i get way too involved that i lose concentration lol

Kinda reminds me the MTV show Daria, where she'd just stand there when the volleyball came at her, then barely acknowledge it when it hit the ground. I love his "Whaddayawant?" expression!

I love it when people portray Waluigi as more of a "hansom" character. I always get hated on for liking him because he's so ugly. Or that he's a "filler".

I remember on the old Mario Tennis (n64) site, there was an easter egg official mock site of it called Waluigi Tennis, sort of telling some backstory about him or something.

I like how Waluigi has an almost high and might, regal look to him. Makes the picture even funnier as the ball is flying right over his head!
It would be humorous to see a pic of the aftermath of this picture: Wario beating Waluigi senseless with his racket for missing the ball! XD

Yeah, I need to draw more of Waluigi. More funny pictures but not like Nintendo does it. Meaning not "clumsy Waluigi" but uhh.."silly Waluigi" or something.
And yes, there's been quite many a time when the ball has flown past me and I didn't even notice until too late, but I still take a swipe at it.

Yes...but that's the effect I was going for, partially. It's boring being in the back of the court, in Doubles sometimes. Especially if the person near the net gets the ball everytime. 
If he got the ball, we'll never know.
