I passed one out of my three exams today, which luckily went well

So, while having a rest, I decided to make one of my long-time ideas come true and it’s a tribute to one of my favorite voice actors, Makoto Iwamatsu or ,as everyone knows, Mako.

He was a famous Japanese-American actor, who played in some well-known movies (“Pearl Harbor”, «Conan the Barbarian” and etc) but mostly, everyone knows him by his voice. Mako’s most well-known voice were uncle Iroh from “Avatar: The last airbender” and Aku from “Samurai Jack.” Always loves uncle Iroh since childhood and I love Aku as well, though I got introduced to this character much later

Sadly, Mako is no longer with us due to his death from lung cancer in 2006, his roles since then were taken by Greg Baldwin, who, in my opinion, did a wonderful job in voicing his characters.

I quite like how this one came out, except for Iroh, despite the fact that I used references to draw him right, he still didn’t come out as good as I had hoped. I am not even sure if I ever draw him again XD

Anyway, hope you like this little tribute to Mako!
