Apart from vacation, my uni project and other typical summer stuff I’ve been watching some films. After “Barbie” movie came out this July, I recently felt the urge to rewatch some “Barbie” animated films from the 2000s… Don’t judge me.

Originally, I planned to make a recast on “PaP” earlier, but then I decided to watch a film so it could help me find fitting characters for certain roles and it did help!

In this version, the story will take place in space, particularly in the Moon kingdom, which explains why most of the characters are not exactly humans, but rather humanoid creatures or aliens. Since space genre is not exactly my thing, some of the choices were pretty hard to find, heh,

But anyway, here is the cast!

Princess Annelise- Princess Serenity (“Sailor Moon”).
Erika the pauper- Minako Aino/Sailor Venus. (“Sailor Moon”).
Julian- Mamoru Chiiba/ Tuxedo Mask (“Sailor Moon”).
King Dominick- Kou Seya/ Sailor Star Fighter (“Sailor Moon”) (in this version Seya will be a male)
Queen Genevieve- Queen Serenity (“Sailor Moon”)
Erika’s parents- Kale Tucker and Akima Kunimoto (“Titan A.E”)
The King- The Moon king (“Kubo and the two strings”).
Madame Carp- Esmeraude (“Sailor Moon”).
Bertie- Pink Pearl/Volleyball (“Steven Universe”).
The Ambassador- Uef (“Ku! Kin-Dza-Dza!”)
Preminger- Crubs (“Dunno/Neznaika on the Moon”).
Midas- Belladonna (“All dogs go to heaven” series)
Nick and Nack- Miga and Giulio (“Dunno/Neznaika on the Moon”).
Serafina- Luna (“Sailor Moon”).
Wolfie- Artemis (“Sailor Moon”).
Herve- Princess Luna (“My little pony: Friendship is Magic”!)
