Hollyleaf is AWESOME! And (Spoilers!) those who say she's a villain are totally wrong, she saves Dovewing and Ivywing when they spy on Windclan warriors in the tunnels. She also sacrifices herself to save Ivypool in the battle against The Dark forest when Hawkfrost tries to kill her.

She's still alive because in the prologe in The Fourth Apperentice, BlueStar and the other cats in Starclan claim that HollyLeaf is out of their reach. Meaning that she's still alive. Also, I heard that she will play a huge roll in The Last Hope, possibly coming back.

I read the book, and Hollyleaf doesn't even start out as a villain. She's actually very much a HERO somewhat, since she helps the Clans.

She murdered Ashfur. She announced it at a gathering, and a couple chapters after, she ran into the tunnels ( where Fallen Leaves met Jayfeather, and the three,Breezepelt, and Heathertail saved the kits) and it collapsed. She broke the warrior code, lived of lies, and killed her own Clanmate. I SUPPOSE that she's coming back as a villian.

Who knows! Maybe she's loyal to her clanmates, but not the clan rules. Because I'm sure she wants to be back with her clan, it's just that after killing a beloved clan memeber, and ruining everything for FireStar's daughters, she might just be guilty.

She...well, how do I put this? She's training Dark Forest apprentices to battle against StarClan. She WANTED to destroy StarClan, something she once looked up to. It leaked that she might ( probably) come back to kill the Three. And " the beloved clan member" tried to kill Hollyleaf,Jayfeather, and Lionblaze in a fire to show Squirrelflight how he felt when she choose Brambleclaw to be her mate. Then when she told him they weren't her kits, he swore he'd tell the Clan.

And I also believe she will come back, evil, and at the final battle turn good when Breezepelt tells her to kill her brothers, and instead kills Breezepelt! I like Breezepaw and Po3 Breezepelt, but the OotS one needs to die!
