I've seen animations submitted on here before so I don't see why you wouldn't be able to submit yours.
As for gifs, I'm not sure how animation works exactly, so I don't know if you'd have to change the file to a different type instead of gif or what.

What do you plan on doing with your future?

I plan to attend community college first and get my pre-reqs out of the way, as well as an associates degree. I will then transfer to a four year university (which I have two in mind) and I will work my way up to became a film director and script writer. I'll probably get a master's and a bachelor's in drama and English.

Hahahaha! XD I can't believe it either...and what was with them changing Ash's eyes??? Pokemon doesn't have the "feel" to it anymore. I haven't watched it since the middle of Advanced Generation. I like May, but only b/c there's a canon with her and Drew. May...not so much, Iris and Cilan...forGET it! Even Tracy was more amusing than Cilan.
