Axel.. Oh how I love Axel. Honetly, I love the organization and their witty members. Axel has to be my favorite though.

I'm not one for anatomy, so I'm aware that the shoulders/collar bone area might be off. For all I know he could be breaking his bones with the pose I gave him, but oh well.

I've been working on this for a ridiculous amount of time. The whole day practically. I refused to go to bed until I finished it.

I absolutely hate the background.. But I'm not too good at making backgrounds.

Now, to explain my piece, because I know you're probably thinking "What the heck is all that black stuff on him? I don't remember that.."
Well, it could be "the darkness" or something like that since he is a Nobody. Orrr it's what I like to think that some of the members have-- huge markings on their body. I don't know, but I can imagine him being branded in some sort of way. Originally, I didn't plan on drawing his full body. In fact, my sketch ended at his chest, but as I looked at it on Photoshop, I decided to add more and go for the rest of the body.. even if it meant more time. ;_;

I think his facial expression is different from most of the Axel stuff I've seen. Usually, he has that smirk on because it's really part of his character. I wanted to give him a serious expression though. I kept thinking of how sad he looked when they showed that cut scene in KH2 where his friend (Ahem..) was walking away and says to him something along the lines of "Nobody will miss me" and Axel stays there and admits that he would. Aww, see he's a good friend.

Oh yes, it's called Eighth struggle because he's the eighth member... but I bet you already knew that.

Ahhh, well now that I'm no longer chained to this drawing, I can finally hit the sack at 5:21am! How stupid!
