My "redesign" for Eye Guy.Couldn't really think of a way to change his design without screwing him up.
Ben 10 and Eye Guy belong to Man of Action Studios and Cartoon Network.

He used a freezing ray in Mud is Thicker than Water (from OV) to freeze the cores. Trust me, that power just kind of felt out of place to me (especially when Ben already has Arctiguana and Big Chill for ice aliens).

It wasn't out of place, he froze Clancy in Ben 10 vs The Negative Ten with his freeze vision. I think it's like a combo of visions (Lasers/Freeze/Fire/Lightning)

Really awesome look to him and I'm liking that his chest eye is closed because some eyes should be closed in case a blinding attack makes them allΒ unable to see or work.

Oooh, yeah. Imagine if he did one of those punches whereΒ a characterΒ hits something hard, but it does no damage and their hand looks all broken from how hard they punched, that would really hurt his hand eyes.
