Whoo, it's been such a long time that I've made ANY MLP fan art of any kind. Trust me, I'm still into it as much as I am as I was then, especially now that we're in the home stretch. Final season. It had such a strong opener and some pretty good episodes following it.

I've been fond of Grogar for his appearance in G4 and how much potential he showed in the opener. He's definitely gonna be one of the toughest foes Twilight and her friends face. I say one of because Discord was tough and crazy OP. This guy's OP too, even without his bell. I'm excited but also worried about what powers he'll have with it.
If I had to choose between his G4 and G1 design, I pick G4. I feel the designers took Grogar and added more. He looks just as formidable as ever!

The pose I drew him in was inspired by the scene where he says "Equestria will be ours." If his plan succeeds, it very much will. The other villains just have to get their acts together and if we see them doing so throughout the season, they will make quite the formidable team. I look forward to all the new episodes of this final season, and though I'll be sad when it's over, I'll be happy it happened.
