Description
This is a little something I did for Unholy on www.twitch.tv/unholytemptressIt is relevant because she wore a Pikachu costume on stream XD so I drew a chibi version of her.

Alright then.
I find the piece enjoyable and pleasant to look at.
First, The parts that are less than they could be.
The first thing that strikes me is the body. I'm guessing it's a little body suit and it's covering her. This is fine, but I think it's too much of just a blob of a body, it's missing something. Perhaps you could make it more interesting.
The tail is certainly the next thing that comes out. I find it to far from Pikachu's tail. If I recall, there should be more zig zagging, and it should have more form instead of it's given shape. It's such an easy fix, it's not even a thing.
These are small issues when the positives are more numerous, as is the case.
I find the hair to be simple but effective. I also love the eyes and mouth, even if they are slightly generic. I like the little button at the neck, it's simplistic but good looking things like that which could have spiced up the body section of the suit. I think the top half of the suit was well done. Shading and everything is as it should be.
Overall, I find the piece to have scrap-like qualities, but It's a nice solid little drawing. It would have been nice to see the other arm waving or something, just to have something to look at. Highlights are good and all, everything is in order.
Definitely stepping in the right direction. Still wonderful to look at.

I can agree that the body is a bit bland, and mainly the reason I left it like so is because it is a chibi, that is meant to be something simple (i think i took less than an hour to do it), just something to hang on the side of a online stream. As for the tail, it follows the same thought, but also the tail is kinda big and I feel that the the brown parts of the tails are hidden behind the massive costume, so i didn't need to add as much of it as a normal pikachu would show. (you know how costumes with flat tails tend to stick to the costume, rather than look they way they should).
