Jaron, from The False Prince and sequels (haven't read the last yet but I assume he's in it --he's the main character!). This guy is a genius, he's super noble 'n stuff, but he's utterly crazy. Just crazy. How do his plans even work. Good grief. I really admire him read these books please now
