Finished 4th prize for NightfuryNova <33Idek what my style is anymore for "simple headshots" so I just went to coloured anything ;;v;; When you described to me what you prefered, I immediately thought of this piece where Vanessa was upset but then lil Braybray decided to cheer her up by being beside her ;v; Your entry was the cutest thing ever and thank you so much again for joining it! <33 I hope you join the future contests that I might host <33

Oh my gosh, I giggled like a freaking idiot when you called him Braybray. That just, ugh, I loved that so much. XD
I can't remember if I've every told you how much I love the way you do the shading on hair, so I'll say it here. I just ADORE it. It's just so beautiful and (mostly for Vanessa) it looks like it's weaving in and out of itself, like you would see real hair do, sometimes. Another thing I love is how you're able to give men eyelashes and not make them look girly. Like? How? It's almost magic, I swear.
Overall this idea is just so cute and sweet, and the artwork itself is, I can't find any other words to describe it besides beautiful. They look absolutely incredible. Thank you so much! And frickin' yes, I'll join ALL your future contests, like duh. Unless life decides to be a jerk and give me no time to do that... BUT UNTIL THEN!!

I judge characters based on the written personalities and how they look ;v;
It helps me a LOT on writing stories and apparently, it works too with drawing ;;w;;
And I thought of giving males eyelashes because it's not like God made women with lusCIOUS eyelashes and men without them, besides, I like how it makes their eye look "more natural" if that makes sense v u v

Dude, you're totally right about the eyelashes on men. (heck, in my experience at least, most men, or women who don't care a whole ton about their appearance, have longer eyelashes than people who do care about that stuff... it's not fair) And now that you've said it, it actually doesΒ make his eyes look more natural.
