This is such an interesting and well done peice, the bark textures and the way the body of the snail twines so delicately around it are completely excelent. The only thing that throws it off is the flat color of the leaves, I think it would complement the peice better if it looked more natural and variated, maybe if the leaves were also thinner and more textured. Otherwise this is a fantastic peice and looks great with the leaves as they are anyway.

awesome! i thought it was wood carved first. and some sort of pipe. that would have been cool too. with the smoke coming out of the tree.

this is amazing but
I can't help but notice how much the upper part of the tree and the leaves look out of contrast compared to the snail and lower trunk.
simple to complex I guess.
