Those eyes need to be a bit more epicanthic, IMHO. But everything else is really, really sweet.

IMHO, working with the cheekbone structure is the place to start, especially for East Asian faces (Japanese, Chinese, Tibetan, Korean, Mongolian, etc.). It's the high cheekbones that structure the entire face and add narrowness and curve to the eyes.
South Asian (Indian) and Southeast Asian (Thai, Filipina, Indonesian, Vietnamese (but they're a special case), etc. are different, Quite different. And it's really much harder to get a good representation of the faces of these women.
