Cosmic cross fader: Sonic healerabout the character:
ANI in the world of astrochics universe "the type III civilization"
she is a full time captain of "Aphelion" cargo ship, and part time cosmic DJ who collects unique vibes from the universe.
before she got this gig as delivery service for intergalactic unified civilization committee, she was a medical soldier.
about the picture:
ani as a medic.
She is level 12 Sonic healer.
she is in sonic remedy status, generating subtle chi waves to heal entire army... by playing down tempo chill back music on her holo floater turn table set.
the wings made of moist and snow crystals are speakers that amplify the sound waves.

she looks so happy. i like the white on white, but it is a little distracting actually. her description sounds interesting. slightly confusing, but interesting. the turntables she's touching look so neat with no discernable bottom or base.

if you wouldn't mind some humble comments, I think the hornets aren't really doing it for me. I mean they are a cool element, but you haven't arranged them compositionally well enough.
1. they aren't varied enough. (i.e. most of them are cut and paste or it seems that way because they are all doing the same thing)
2. They are all aligned exactly the same way. You could have them be more dynami in regards to positioning. they are all flat horizontal right now which is not interesting.
3. the placement creates all kinds of problems with the overall composition.the one inthe upper right conflicts with the wing too much and leads your eye out of the page with the one front leg. There doesn't seem to be much of a dialouge over all between ani and the cosmic hornets. I mean they don't have to be specifically interacting, but conceptual and environmentally they seem to be on different planes of existance.
I still love the line and color quality that you seem to get and your concepts and technical designs are awesome, but I feel this one can improve as far as composition goes. So yeah otherwise

hmmm... I can't help but think it's missing something. I dunno if it's composition-wise or if it's just all the white space. Gorgeous idea, nevertheless. I love her details and the wings. And a medic cross is always a plus for me. ^_^b

Love the brightness and neatness. It's so hard to get the white space working right, I mean normally they'd make your work appear as if it lacks solidness or a background, but this one gives so much space and dimentions.
