Cadet is the first uniform you see Selphie in, and the graduation one is what they wear during the "ballroom" scenes, after they've become SeeDs.

oh, i remember it now. Yes the outfit was cute too. I just hope Selphie is in Dissidia Duodecim together with Squall n Laguna
