Hooray, more modely photos! This is from my second-to-last photoshoot a couple weeks ago. Of course, with the fabulous Julia Cooper. Basically, the jist was "wintery garb at the beach!" It was super fun, and I loooove how my natural hair looks (especially since you guys usually only see me with wigs on!)Photography:

This is amazing.
I love the setting. Love the lighting. Love the whole thing. The only thing the kinda bugs me is your positioning. You look a little uncomfortably contorted #_# but given where you're sitting I can see the reasoning.

Weird you should say that, as I was insanely comfortable in this pose. But... modeling doesn't need to be comfortable... just if we're talking about it. Actually it sometimes looks best when it's a little odd. But thanks anyway

The reasoning for her body's position was that these are not portraits but rather commercial/editorial photographs, meaning that the traditional and conventional was not desired and something a little bit new and fresh was needed. In my humble opinion, I must disagree with you; her pose does not look uncomfortable, and if it did, this image would not have been chosen.

i should add that the goal for the photos is editorial.... meaning the point of the photo is to show off the wardrobe and to give a "vibe" that wearing the garment will bring, but not to the clear extent that commercial would explain what the garment is.
