Description Swamp Dragon
Length- 25-35 feet long
Habitat- Swamp/bog like areas, and the deserts.
Weapons- horns, acidic breath, spikes on the base of neck, sharp teeth/claws. Can shoot a spike out of the end of its tail. Very strong skin.

This is the first in my dragon series. I have thought of ten species of dragons... and I will draw them and submit them here. The swamp dragons are the smallest species of dragons. They make up for it with their ferocity though, and they also fly in small packs.

Up Next- Subterranean Dragon

I've always wanted to be able to draw detailed and well proportioned dragons such as this. Great job~

Thans. I think they could have been a bit more muscular but I am glad how this turned out.

this is my favorite of your dragons

Well thanks! The muscles on its winged limbs are quite puny. (Definitly not strong enough to support such a beast.)

I dont draw my dragons with much more muscle on the wings then that, really the muscle that counts for dragons is the pecs, that is what they need to lift off. the muscles on the wings themselves are really only there to fold and extend so they dont need to be huge, look at birds wing structure for example. Huge pecs, not much on the wings themselves.

That is a good point. They still look too frail on this guy in my opinion.

Wow, Swamp Dragon might be the favorite! It’s so hard to decide. Would love to see them signed and dated.
