I got the <100 damage achievement on Koshai by accident during a run in Escalation 10-50. I used Chain Blades and played it safe. I never though it was possible, but there it was. So keep on trying! But I suggest doing it in Escalation 10-50 and hope you get lucky with a Koshai in Round 1 so it's a bit weaker than in later rounds. Good luck!

Oh yeah, same for me with Tempestborne Stormclaw! When I was done with it in Round 1 I was like "Wait what?! I got the achievement I never thought I ever had a chance in getting??" Now I only need to have a lucky and quick battle with Rockfall Skarn on Round 1 to get the 3-minute achievement (darn that armor taking up my time D: I'm not experienced enough to use Strikers in any Escalation).
You'll get it someday for sure. In my experience, Koshai tends to be in my Escalation 10-50 a lot lately. It never leaves me alone. ;_;

Ah yes, Koshai either appears in Round 1 or Round 4 for me (or was in Round 2?). Shrowd usually shows up in Round 4 and after dozens of times I'm like "Oh god why??"
