This is the completed character folio for the player character Tank in my upcoming Mutants & Masterminds TTRPG campaign "Outlaws Inc.", whom you can learn more about here: Of note is that, for this campaign, I have reduced the Power Level from 10 to 8, which required him to be reworked in general, but the end result is much more satisfying imo. The switch from 10 to 8 is largely due to my own dissatisfaction as it has always felt a bit like starting a D&D campaign at level 5; you can do it but... Anyway, I hope you enjoy this look at him from the perspective of the game he will be played in!
