As someone who ceased watching/reading One Piece a while back, but is familiar with Carrot through fanart, I'm curious: has she officially joined the Strawhats as a new crew member?

I'm pretty sure she and Wanda are just furry baits to the series. Wanda even has the same breast size and bikini top as Mami. But nontheless one half of all one piece ladies are sexually pleasing.
