Well this Dogs looks are very much the same to my oldest dashound so it is kinda a tribute to her i know the photomanipulation of this pic does only show the Dogs face but still it could be Phoebe the oldest

I have no idea. The only thing I know is that the pattern name is Villeneuve and the the desinger of the original painting is Babette VanDenBerg maybe that helps? She is her on DeviantArt to not sure she is still active but i have seen her work here
