As i promised, Luna's new dress. Credit to Lynx of PawPrints for the dress design.
her dress color scheme is white and red, both to match her hair and eyes color and also to say she's from Roseus. There's a hole at the back of the white layer of her dress that allows her tail to pass through. Her hair is also pin up at the back, leaving the bangs to cover the side of her face.

ok, advice for real ><
usually when i design, i think of the character's traits and personality, what theme I want to put in it. What's the basic design, do i want it to look elegant yet practical? Do i want it to be ancient and fantasy-ish? Cute and cheerful?
But usually i draw fantasy/elemental theme clothing for guys so...xD
or you can just take a design you like and enhance it to your liking ^^, remember to credit the real owner though
