Your first HDR looks great!! Especially the colours look very good and it's not grainy like so many other HDRs That cross (plus-mark)... this doesn't seem to be a reflection or dirt on the lens. Did you use a filter? I think it's a problem with the lens (or filter). Somewhere inside the glass might me some tensions that create a bad light aperture. But I'm not sure. Try more HDR photos with a background like that and we'll see again.My tip for your next shot: shot a 4th photo with a longer exposure time to increase the buildings brightness.Greetings

Actually I played with the black point & the white point , that's why the buildings' exposure is too low
