Because Toni totally has a friend who will let her into a roller rink after hours and TonixConrad is just too freaking adorable to leave alone.
However, this moment was soon ruined by Hanna bursting in and, upon seeing Conrad and Toni dancing/skating together, started to loudly sing "Can You Feel the Love Tonight". This earned him a punch from Veser, a disapproving look from Zombie, and a rant from Conrad.
Also, Conrad probably can't rollerskate to save his life.
If you ignore my not-really-trying background I think this turned out pretty good. Kinda based the skating place on one that's in my hometown (which I haven't been to in AGES).

Ha, yes. Conrad's expression is especially perfect.
I can totally picture Hanna et al. bursting in to ruin everything, too, probably while looking for these two to help them fight some imminent supernatural threat. This would not deter him from stopping to sing, of course.
