Time taken: about 1 hrProgram: Paint Tool SAI/ GIMP for animating + used Wacom Bamboo CREATE tabletYayy at last I made a new pixel icon~ .I think this one turned out really cute >3< I didn't expect it to come out so good!
I may make a base out of this and use it for commission >v<.

Actually pixel icons are kinda hard for me since there's sooo little space to work with =w= but this one took so little time and turned out nice in the end I guess
