"I'm going to take a break from making backgrounds", I said. "I'm sure that I'm not going to do it for a while", I said. But here we are, my brain said otherwise and I did the exact opposite of what I promised myself, lol.

So anyways this is a redraw of an old drawing I made back in October of 2018 and, Jesus Christ, time flies. I remember being so proud of the original drawing, but when I was looking for ideas for redraws recently and saw it.... well let's just say I wanted to jump off a toaster and die, due to cringe. Especially, since it's so bad, that it pretty much broke me and just had to redraw it.

So needless to say, I'm actually shocked of how much I actually improved this past months. It definitely is a nice, little self-confidence boost, even though it made me question younger me's life choices because of the mistakes of the old one. Still glad that I redrew it and I'm happy with the result. Naturally, I still have lots of improvement to do, but it shall come with time, and it's nice to look back on old art and redraw it to see how far you've come.
