Hui and Dungan are names of people, who are Muslims, but share culture with Han Chinese. The term Hui is used mainly in China, the term Dungan in post-Soviet republics. The largest Dungan community is in Kyrgyzstan, second largest in Kazakhstan. This flag combines sun of the Han people with sun of Kyrgyzstan . Flag of Kazakhstan contains yellow sun too, but I didn't mix it here. I didn't use Kyrgyz rays, because Chinese rays suffice.
