I spent all afternoon yesterday making this little guy because (surprisingly) a shimeji of SCP-173 didn't already exist! So I went through and modified all 46 frames so that he would exist~

Download, open the file in Winrar and extract the file to where you want it to be. Then click on the shimeji application inside the folder you extracted.
When you right click on the icon in your taskbar it will give you five options. (these are rough translations)
-Add more (you can also just click the icon itself)
-Come here!
-Just leave one
-Give back my Internet window

-Close Program

When I click on the application and click "Run" it gives me this:Β i60.tinypic.com/9v9gyb.png And when I click yes it just brings me to the Java website with a free Java download. I'm not really sure what to do?

That's 46 frames I would have to edit and that takes a long time. I would be willing to do it if it were commissioned from me, but I'm not going to take time to make more shimejis unless they are commissioned from me.

When I tried to download this in chrome it said the files "appear malicious" please help

That message has never appeared for me and I use Chrome. I'm sorry, I don't know what to tell you. If there's a way to just say "I don't care, give it to me anyway" then click that button. Nothing in this file should harm you unless someone else has corrupted my files. No one has had such access to my accounts that I'm aware of, so it should be perfectly safe.

Make other SCPs, like 096 or 106. 173 is probally my fave. 096 is second, 106 is third, cause he's uglieh

I downloaded the application and extracted but when I click it mentions something about JAVA in Japanese. I updated my JAVA script but the application still wont work. I run on Windows 8

I heard someone else had this problem too. There should be another thing in the file where the .exe file is. It should be an executable jar file.
Click that and if it still doesn't work then I'm sorry. I don't know what else to do for you. I didn't make the program itself.
