Okay so I recently got hooked onto Hetalia BAD and because of so I've fallen in love/noticed my country more. Yep, dumb ole America is my fav and not just 'cause he's my country I just love dingy characters like him XD lol

So anyways I love the idea of the 50 (soon to be 51???) states as his kiddies ^-^ so because of so I looked through fanfiction and fanart for any decent ones about his kiddies. Found a few, mind you few, fanfics about the kids that I enjoy, and not really any fanart. Now there may be some awesome ones that I've overlooked, but I dunno.
If you guys know any please let me know 'kays OwO

Anyways I ended up finding myself writing down all the states "Birth" dates and putting them in order from the oldest to youngest then I found myself with my sisters giving them genders and then outfits and looks. So these are what happened.
They're not the best, just quick doodles and stuff. My scanner sucks so the lines look horrible and I don\'t really have a decent digital art program T.T oh well. Still, hope you guys enjoy.

As of right now I've got 40 sketched down and still inking. I'm still stumped on ten so yeah, lol. You'll see the rest sooner or later.

Okays you got Alaska up there first and he's drawn like this 'cause when I think of Alaska I think of Eskimos, I'm sorry, I just do.

(Please! If any are offended I didn't mean it, it's just what my silly mind pictures when I think of certain states 'kay!)

Hawaii is to Alaska's right if you haven't noticed. She's what I think of when I think of Hawaii okay (hoola dancers ;D) .

Virginia is up there, I'm not sure, but she may be the oldest "girl" state that I drew. Not sure, need to check what gender was which state and how old. :/

Then we have my handsome Kentucky :3 He's a personal favorite 'cause I lived in that beautiful state for about 10 years before movin'. The reason why he is drawn like so is 'cause of Daniel Boone (Look him up if you don't know him) and he's got a banjo 'cause Kentuckians are big on them

Next to big bro 'Tuck is Tennesee. I like him as well, he's a nice state, but confuses the crap outta me :/ Reason being is 'cause he says he's the home of country music when I saw a place in Kentucky saying "this is where country music started" So they are very similar, those two. Which is why he is dressed like so (Davey Crocket, also very much like Daniel Boone) And yes that is a guitar on Tennesee's back. He's the guitar man like his big brother Kentucky is the banjo man.

(Also, these guys' "bithdays" are on the exact same day, just different years. So that's another reason why they're so similar)

Then we got cute Ohio X3 Now he's actually pretty big, but I decided to draw him tiny 'cause I love the three states of Kentucky, Tennesee, and Ohio and they're gonna be three close brothers. They're all actually pretty similar and all. Now Ohio is drawn like so 'cause of Johnny Appleseed (Again look him up if you don't know him) Daniel Boone, Davey Crocket, and Johnny Appleseed all came from those three states and stuff so I based their characters after them :3
