So I got some new micro gel pens a few weeks ago (I bought them so I could get free shipping on an item over at Amazon.com) and I really wanted to test them out on something, so I drew this up quickly and inked it in. I really love my new Micro pens and I'll most definitely be using them more often.
Anyway, this gal is a new Monster High OC. She's Betty Ho-Tep, the talkative, seemingly air-headed, friendly, and funny daughter of Bubba Ho-Tep.
She's an exchange student from the East...East Texas that is. She adores Cleo De Nile (seeing the fearleading captain as a role model) and knew her way back when Cleo's father ruled Egypt. Betty enjoys volunteering at Monster Retirement Home as well as playing guitar and watching Elvis movie Marathons.
Betty also has decided that Phantasma Tallman is one of her BFFs much to the would-be mortician's chagrin. Betty's a GOOD OL' GAL! ^O^

Yeah, I know, and people in the Monster High fandom are really, REALLY stupid. I remember one girl was trying to take credit for my work on FB even though not only were the watermaks THERE, but she couldn't even tell people who the monster parents of my OCs were.

Thats how I feel with all these Vampire Fan posers. After Twilight, hit the scene. They are all EWW that's not a vampire. Like when they look at the REAL Orlok film [or the funny Shadow of the Vampire, as spoofy as it was, it was still horror] Or Bella/Lee's Dracula.(WHO ARE FAR HOTTER then Edward anyway!..So what of lee is like 80. HE IS A VAMPIRE! Have you seen the men. He walks with a limp and cane. But still looks amazingly good for his age) And am all like "PEOPLE!..Though vampires were LONGING before the original Ironic Dracula. Twilight is merely horrid rewrite in folklore and myth. Vampires only sparkle in the sun, When they are about to combusted into flame!"
So people, saying they have no idea your character is(when they steal it claiming it as their own) Is how feel about Vampire posers. They claim they have so many facts. They know about Vampire lore(which I hate to admit, I am no Vampire-Historian as some are for a day job) But anyone with common sense, knows Twilight, as so fucked up the Vamp genera. Though, I do admit I do kind of like sparkle idea, since they do say vampires some times, the day walkers do have some odd reaction to sun, sure..BUT NOT LIKE EDWARD'S REACTIONS LOL..
They more of heavenly-glow to them, or light glitter sheen. But Edward, looks like he want to the jewelers and had 1,000 diamond embedded into his face and skin.

Or when people try explaining demon lore to me. Me? Really? And here I know more about Biblical folklore than most people? And some of those people don't even know about the Apocrypha or Lilith?
I like the 'vampire venom' idea, but the sparkles are just too much? A vampire, unless it's a really powerful elder, should combust in sunlight not sparkle. The sparkle would probably be more suited to angels or faerie, not vampires.
Man, if I ever get the Gargoyle boy Creat-A-Monster kit, I'm going to find myself tempted to glitter the fuck out of him.
