A commission done for me by the long-since-missing , an artist I knew from way back in the old days. I believe it was on Yerf that we decided to do this pic.
Foxxie liked how Sierra was a good example of a fighter who wasn't a thug. She was a professional fighter that took the trade and its traditions seriously and did so trying not to step on people's toes in the process. (A messed THAT up pretty bad.) Foxxie respected Sierra and as a competitive martial artist herself that meant a lot. This was done at a time where you could get original hand drawn art on paper, so I have this sitting nice and safe in an acid free envelope in a plastic tote.
I have to admit... the fluff coming from Sierra's ears is a cute touch!

Sierra has had a tough life and was on the wrong path but boxing and the people she met as a boxer got her on the right path. She ran in a gang, she had done terrible things in that gang, and when she tried to get out of the gang and tried being on her own she found it hard. But she took a fight for a bit of money and saw that the audience and the people and even her opponent appreciated her and supported her. That was the first step to a better life to becoming the woman she is now.

"I know people mean well but I wish they'd stop telling me that my traumas made me who I am today. MY RESILIENCE DID THAT! I wont ever credit who and what tried to break me. ALL credit belongs to my ability to remove pieces that never should have been and finding ways to rebuild."
