In the right setting he might. He's very stealthy and could possibly take down a lot of people one by one. He doesn't like wearinng anything heavy that might slow him down or constrict his movements but he is a pretty badass fighter.

He might be able to if he was on top of his game and really used his speed and agility to avoid getting shot and he'd have some good chance if he could keep them grouped in close enough to not use weapons.

Probably not massive, I don't have a specific number in mind but if he took them head-on I'd say perhaps a squad of maybe a dozen?
He took on a biker gang in a bar of about fifteen guys once. He took down Repo once, too. (He didn't really hurt Repo, but he wore him down and Prowl's big mouth did good work getting under Repo's skin so it was beating him mentally and tiring him out.) He and Repo are like brothers, but they did clash once.

He could get pretty far. It's like John Wick, kick a few asses nearby, use another guy as a shield, and attack someone from the opposite side and try to use cross-fire to take out as much as possible. Let them kill each other while they're trying to kill him. If you ever watched One Punch Man it would be similar to when the Hero Hunter is facing off against Death Gatling and his friends.

He has a very sharp mind and trains for situational and spatial awareness. He considers anything from shadows to echoes to help him calculate where any enemies might be.

It all depends on what all they're coming at him with and stuff. If the enemies are armored that will make it more complicated as well as if they're all rushing him from all angles. If they were basically on the level of terrorists and had little armor and he was in a mental state where he was willing to kill it might not take him too long. Even being in peak physical condition he'd be pretty tired by the end. I figure he'd be able to take down five or six guys every thirty seconds depending on how fast they were coming at him and what kinds of weapons they're holding. He'd not too keen on guns but in a situation like that he'd be willing to pop off a few shots. If he gets to that point, even though he isn't a skilled marksman, he's still a decent shot and he'd be far more lethal.
He doesn't like to kill, though. (In fact of all of my characters he, Dusty, and Sheridan are the only ones who haven't taken a person's life before. He's usually pretty slick about taking people on without ending their lives.)

He does try and only gets taken out of the fight when he faces Scarface who is damn near as good as Prowl but has the ability to travel from place to place using mirrors as portals. In the mirror world there is no air, and Scarface dragged him into that universe and only had to wait for Prowl to pass out from lack of oxygen then tie him down. Since Prowl can pick locks very easily they tied him up and chained him to a wall. His shackles were connected to Repo who was shackled to Sierra. Scarface tried to molest Sierra which set off Repo who broke the shackles to get at him and dislocated Prowl's arm and elbow. Prowl still managed to fight on during the escape. (That was the battle where Repo jumped from the skyscraper.)

He could go on for a long time, he has trained to be the best balance of strength and stamina that he could manage. He trains religiously every day (He is a professional fighter, after all.)
How long depends on how the enemies are coming at him. If it were on a road where they were coming at him from both directions where there is no more than two or three at a time he could go on all day before he gets too tired and becomes too exhausted to continue. If he is rushed by several enemies all at the exact same time he could be overwhelmed by the weight of the attackers (Think of how in zombie movies a single zombie is dumb and weak but in a herd and they can take down walls with their weight alone.) If it's a case where he's in a ghost town and there is an army coming in with waves of backup of ten or fifteen attackers but he has buildings he can duck into he can last much much longer. He'd probably be able to last until he runs out of resources like food or water. He'd be able to find ways to hide and catch some sleep, even if it means burying himself in some dirt for a short time to get some sleep. But he also has no military training, he's just a regular guy with amazing fighting skill and tenacity that is unrivaled.

I wanted him to be able to hang with the people with powers and hold his own, like Black Widow in the Avengers movies. Sierra is similar, while she has powers there isn't much her powers can do that would be much help to her. Sierra is his sister so they have similar skill and physical ability.

Oh yeah, they get along. They're very close friends. Repo and Sierra are a couple and though early on it seemed Sierra couldn't bear children they do ultimately have two kids, Prowl lives with them as well. Repo has a massive house on the salvage yard that was started in the early 1800s, each generation of Repo's family added to the house and with Repo being very creative he built on a lot himself, so the home is very large. Knight and Dusty live in their band tour bus which Repo usually lets them park it in the salvage yard since it's free and Wraith just sleeps on the couch at Repos, or in the bus or at the gym or club.

I kind of gave up on writing the story before I got very far. They were twins, a boy and a girl. Victor and Victoria (Victoria was also the name of Demonique's daughter who Dem killed, sort of a way to honor the girl) Victoria was born blind so she didn't pursue a phsyical lifestyle (Though she was fit and she was trained to fight, she never got into it as a sport. She decided to be more of an academic person.) Victor becomes a fighter trained by Prowl and Sierra. Though by the time Victor was old enough to be a fighter Sierra was beginning to suffer from crippling depression from a combination of just clinical depression and struggling with not being a fighter anymore plus a lot of PTSD and worry about Repo. So she wasn't part of their lives as much as she wants to spending time in hospitals, voluntarily.
The twins have very unique markings since Sierra is a tiger and Repo is a white and black cat. They're all white with lightning like black stripes, but not like tiger stripes since they're not symmetrical on the face and the black stripes are far thinner than a tiger's black stripes, and more jagged looking more like natural lightning bolts. On their face there are shock like black stripes over one side of their face. Victoria has her facial markings on the left and Victor on the right. Victoria doesn't have eyes but Victor has crystal blue eyes.
Sierra bonds more with Victor and Repo bonds more with Victoria and they have more similar personalities that way. Victor is very competative and a bit on the aggressive side and Victoria is much quieter and more relaxed.

I don't have much anymore, most of it is lost to many MANY hard drives that couldn't survive the abuse I put my laptops through.

Yeah, and they still are active.
Today is the 5 year memorial of my best friend passing away. We were doing a comic book together. We actually made several and last night I looked through all of the art pages he drew. I wish I could scan them all. But there are hundreds and hundreds of pages.

I am at that age where I have lost many. Probably about three quarters of the people I love have passed away or vanished. Many others have disowned me because I made the choice to not be nothing more than a resource to them.
Steve LOVED drawing them. For me he always drew for free and for fun. I have a tote of art he had done (almost all comic book pages) that weighs 80 pounds. We had a lot of fun, and even if our comic book was never to be we at least had a blast doing it!

Yeah, the poor artist felt terrible because she misinterpreted the size of the image and thinks she made the legs look stubby. But i like it.
