Description
Lost Girl is a Canadian supernatural and crime TV show with its second season starting on Sept 4, 2011. I believe Lost Girl will start airing in the US (SyFy) some time this year.The main character is Bo (as seen here) is a bisexual succubus who has the power to steal people's life force through their mouths with a kiss, to bewitch people with a touch, and to feed from sexual energy during intercourse.
Enough said but there is more to the show which makes it great.

Wow! Pretty cool concept! Although I dont think Sci-Fi would run it giving the sexual nature of it. If it did,They would more then likely edit and cut it to pieces(SO anal!) I think it`s COOL though!
It would more than likely be shown on Chiller or Showtime

I'm not too familiar with SyFy so I can't comment. Lost Girl re-runs during the day in Canada so I can't imagine they would edit the scenes in the US.

Wrong show my friend. Lost Girl is filmed in Toronto. It took me a while to remember the Boys, I haven't watch the show for some time now. Now I know what the R stands for in your username. I hope you don't go around not wearing a shirt just because of your association of Randy.

Actually I have seen some of the Lost Girls but never did get into the TP Boys.
Ok, you just guilt tripped me into putting my shirt back on. I think that explains all those strange looks I keep getting at work in all the Monday morning meetings.

The problem that I found with Canadians TV is that they are so nationalist. What I mean by that is that they have a tendency to cram "Yeah Canada" type material down the viewer's throats that It is an actual turnoff for me no matter the content. I understand it to a certain degree (especially in regards to Hockey Night in Canada) but please... just do a program (that's programme for those who speak the Queen's English 
There have been a few shows that I've liked but they are very far and few between. Being out in Vegas now and not in Detroit I cannot watch CBC like I used to. I can catch some shows on the vast cable network channels sometimes but not I used to.

Some shows force the Canadian theme down our throats, but some people love that especially in western Canada. You don't need to worry about that with Lost Girl. It's a well produced show and you can't even tell it's a Canadian show.

I know right? A co-worker told me about this when season 1 aired last year and I was hooked ever since. You can watch all of season 1 on Showcase's website.
