How sad is it that I saw the thumbnail of this and thought Titania tried ambushing her again? XD

Excellent one.
Tony really made a super mistake. He basically wants to punish or jail everyone that doesn't agree with him... and where's the democracy on that?

Hopefully the SHRA will be abolished with the Heroic Age.

Pow! He gets what he diserves, those with powers have the right to use them. The only way that they diserve to lose their powers is if they purposely committed a gerat crime, and as far as I know, She-Hulk hasn't done any on purpose.

Yes, she is, it's not right that the Marvel universe keeps on stripping her of her powers.

One was enough IMO. Marvel doesn't have to keep stripping Jen of her powers or water them down, or ask/force her not to turn into She-Hulk. She's great character so why mess with her powers.

That's what I'm talkin about. Stuff like that needs to happen when a handful of people, especially people with superpowers or super-suits (yeah, I'm talkin to you, Stark, you traitorous motherlover), decide to tell people what they can and can't do. Register your name and powers with the government or we'll put you in prison, or take away your powers, in Jen's case, until you see things our way. Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't our forefathers come over here to get away from that kind of prejudicial, dictatorial, totalitarian, "my way or the highway" BS? Isn't that why the government created Captain America during the Second World War, to fight intolerant sons-of-bastiches like Hitler and Stalin? And now Cap is dead. Tony Stark essentially spat in the face of everything America stands for when he killed Captain America. We need people like Peter Parker and Jennifer Walters to stand against this morally-bankrupt Tony Stark, whose only interested now is seeing his own will done. And eventually, those still standing with Tony are going to see what he has done for what it is, an attempt to override the personal freedoms guaranteed us by the Bill of Rights. How far Stark willing to go to see his will done depends on when he sees the horror of what he has done. When he can't delude himself anymore with talk of the greater good, then he'll either beg forgiveness, which I won't grant him right away, or he'll eat one of his repulsor rays.

No big. Tony's just on my list, right now. He's lost my faith in him, as a superhero, to the right thing.

Not to mention he has an entire army of superheroes at his command, who believe they are doing the right thing. According to Tony, heroes are just as accountable for their actions as villains, but where do you draw the line, Tony? At what point do you stop being a hero and start being vigilante. When do you personally stop being the Hero we've seen you as, and become the power-monger with a "righteous cause" we've seen you turn into? It all goes back to that old saying "One man's Terrorist [or vigilante] is another man's freedom fighter." Captain America fought tooth and nail for our freedom for more than sixty years. He fought people like the Red Skull, who wanted to create a Fourth Reich in America, and terrorist groups like AIM and Hydra, who fight for the highest bidder. And thanks to Tony, Reed Richards - the leader of the F4, mortal enemy of Dr. Doom - and others, Captain America is dead.
Reed aided Tony by building the aforementioned prison to neutralize powers and hold heroes prisoner until they acquiesce to Stark's will. And he, Tony, Prof. Xavier - the man who spouts off about humans and mutants getting along - and Dr. Strange sent Hulk, the only person they couldn't control by force or coercion, off to a distant planet. Now it's coming back to bite them in the ass. Now, Hulk has control over his anger and he's coming back to Earth with an army. He's gonna make those four wish they'd never been born. And I am watching with glee, because these motherlovers deserve every bit of punishment they get for selling out the people who passively entrusted them with their lives. "The worst things in history were done with the best intentions", with the greater good in mind.

Excellent piece... my niggle - I'm seldom without one - you made the same mistake as the original artist... Jen hulks out. Instead of the clothing bursting from the pressure of a normal sized woman hulking out... just kinda looks like someone has torn a few bits off the clothing.
But I think it's still a fantastic.

The clothes were torn during the fight with Doc Samson. I liked the style of She-Hulk's clothes so I didn't want to mess with it. Thanks for the comment.
